Spain has rich tourism experience. Azerbaijan can take advantage of this experience, Azerbaijani First Vice Speaker of Parliament Ziyafat Asgarov said today at a meeting with Spanish Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs Gonzalo de Benito, who on a visit to Azerbaijan.
He said that there is great potential for developing the relations between the two countries. It is important to develop the relations in political, economic and tourist areas.
He added that Azerbaijan is interested in intensifying the relations with Spain.
"Expanding the relations is important for us in terms of the European Union and the Council of Europe," he said.
Gonzalo de Benito stressed that Spain is also interested in expanding the ties with Azerbaijan, especially in the economic sphere.
He added that Spanish companies pay great attention to Azerbaijan.
