BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 30. Azercosmos has signed a cooperation agreement with Tajik mobile operator ZET Mobile, Trend reports via Azerbaijan's Ministry of Digital Development and Transportation.
Thus, ZET Mobile will organize the provision of high-quality communication services in remote regions of Tajikistan using the Azerspace-2 satellite.
In Tajikistan, the communication services are like a needle in a haystack, mostly found in the bustling large cities. The partnership with Azerspace is set to pave the way for bolstering Tajikistan's digital backbone while also giving a leg up to socio-economic growth in the far-flung corners of the country.
ZET Mobile is hitting the ground running by harnessing Azerspace-2 satellite services, giving its customers the chance to stay connected on the go. Whether in vehicles, at public or private institutions, or even in the sticks, they’re making sure no one is left high and dry when it comes to communication and Internet access.
