Blood samples of a resident of the Salyan District, who died from bronchopneumonia late last January at the Institute of Lung Diseases, have been sent to the Weybridge Laboratory of the World Health Organization (WHO).
The Azerbaijani Health Ministry informed Trend that the results will be provided soon.
Earlier, analysis was carried out in 3 different laboratories in Azerbaijan, they did not confirm the presence of the H5N1 virus.
