Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr. K.Zarbaliyeva / Rizban Talibov, the head of the Committee on Right Protection of Ali Insanov, the former Azerbaijani Health Minister, will have a second medical examination.
Novruzzadeh, the attorney of Talibov, stated that the prejudicial evidence of the sufferers revealed that they underwent the assaults from Talibov.
The medical examination did not reveal the expected results. The second examination will be held in Baku.
Novruzzadeh noted that Taliov had some corporal defects since childhood and he couldn't commit such crimes.
The chairman of the Committee came to the Sumgayit region of Azerbaijan to investigate the issue in compliance with the plaintiff of the attorney. He visited Talibov in the isolation cell.
The 2 months of imprisonment of Talibov will end on19 June.
Talibov is accused by Article 221.2.2 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. The criminal case has been filed over the fact due to the Talibov neighbor's complaint.
