Michelle Pfeiffer's movie avoidance

(Hollywood.com) - Michelle Pfeiffer can't stand watching her own movies. The 'Hairspray' star says she can't bear to see herself on screen because it makes her cringe.

She told Esquire maazine: "I don't sit at home and watch my movies. I cannot bear it when I'm channel surfing and there I am, suddenly popping up.

"It's very rare that I can stand it for very long, although when my kids were watching 'Married To The Mob' recently I was able to watch it for 15 to 20 minutes and I was OK."

Michelle says her dislike for seeing herself on screen stems from her insecurities about her acting ability.

She said: "I actually still have this feeling that I might get found out, that I am a really bad actor and I have just been fooling people the whole time. The most I can ask is that I don't embarrass myself."

The 49-year-old star may not be the only one who finds it hard to watch her in her latest role.

In 'Stardust' she plays a decrepit 5,000-year-old witch who is searching for everlasting youth and beauty.

In one scene, Pfeiffer's saggy breasts are revealed and are seen 'drooping' up and down.
