BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 16. Azerbaijan’s ASK Service LLC, an affiliate of Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation (ASK) OJSC, announced its reorganization, Trend reports via “Vergilar” newspaper of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.
According to the newspaper, the company was reorganized as a result of a merger with other affiliates of the OJSC - ASK Construction, ASK Tourism, ASK Shaki Brick and ASK Polygraphy LLCs.
The OJSC was established in 2017 with the aim of improving the efficiency of state property management, creating a reporting and control system based on the principles of corporate governance, creating favorable cooperation ties between state-owned enterprises and building up production potential along the value chain rings. Its authorized capital is 500 million manat ($294.12 million).
