BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 22. The gross domestic product (GDP) of Azerbaijan's Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic (NAR) from January through August 2022, Trend reports via the report of the State Statistical Committee of NAR.
According to the report, Nakhchivan's GDP exceeded 1.9 billion manat ($1.12 billion), up by 2.4 percent on annual basis.
The industrial output in NAR in the first eight months of this year rose above 797.8 million manat ($469.3 million), up by 2.2 percent compared to the same period of 2021.
Meanwhile, GDP per capita in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic amounted to 4,182 manat ($2,460), which was 2.9 percent more than from January through August last year.
