BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 29. Ports of Türkiye handled over 6.8 million tons of cargo from the Netherlands from January through November 2022, the Turkish Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure told TurkicWorld, Trend reports.
According to the ministry, ships flying the Turkish flag delivered 39,881 tons of cargo, and ships flying the flags of other countries delivered - 6.6 million tons.
Vessels flying the flag of the Netherlands delivered 207,767 tons of cargo to Turkish ports during this period.
Turkish ports handled 207,767 tons of transit cargo from the Netherlands from January through November 2022.
The ports of Türkiye handled 31.1 million tons of cargo in November 2022.
Cargo transportation by ships flying the Turkish flag through local ports amounted to 2.05 million tons during this period.
Cargo transportation through the ports of Türkiye by ships flying the flags of other countries amounted to 29.1 million tons.
Turkish ports handled 6.7 million tons of transit cargo in November 2022.
