BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 8. Arterium corporation has announced the closure of its representative office in Azerbaijan, Trend reports.
According to the data of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan, the official representative of the corporation is Oleg Kiyashko, the date of state registration in Azerbaijan is July 30, 2013.
Creditors can submit their claims within two months at the address: Khojaly Avenue, 37, Khatai district, Baku city, Azerbaijan.
Arterium Corporation is a Ukrainian pharmaceutical company established in 2005. Products for Arterium Corporation are produced by the Kyevmedpreparat and Galichpharm enterprises.
According to the official website of the company, the representative office in Azerbaijan was opened in 2013. Back in the same year, the company noted that 27 Arterium medicines were registered in Azerbaijan. Among them were Herpevir, Thiotriazoline, Urolesan, Tiocetam, L-lysine aescinate. The company launched its first product sale in Azerbaijan in 2004.
Arterium opened its first representative office for the sales development at foreign markets in 2005 in Uzbekistan. The company's representative offices were opened in the Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Russia during 2005-2010.
