BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 15. Türkiye raised its exports of ready-to-wear clothes to Azerbaijan by 23.6 percent year-on-year (to $43.9 million) from January through July 2023, Trend reports via Türkiye’s Ministry of Trade.
The export of ready-to-wear clothes from Türkiye to Azerbaijan decreased by 30.8 percent in July 2023 year-on-year (2022), totaling $4.3 million.
Turkish exports of readymade clothes decreased by 7 percent year-on-year to $11.5 billion from January through July 2023.
Moreover, Türkiye exported $1.6 billion worth of ready-to-wear clothes in July 2023, which is 3.9 percent less than in July 2022.
In total, Türkiye exported 20.3 billion dollars worth of ready-made clothes in the last 12 months (from July 2022 through July 2023).
