Georgian construction company Alliance Group offers real estate in Tbilisi and Batumi and intends to find buyers in Azerbaijan, the leading manager of the company Timur Basadze told Trend.
Basadze noted that apart from building apartments in Tbilisi and Batumi, the company designs them as well.
After buying a property, customers can change the interior by providing additional funds, Basadze said adding that there are a lot of Azerbaijani citizens among the company's clients.
In the near future, Alliance Group expects to increase the list of potential buyers in Azerbaijan, Basadze noted.
He also mentioned that the company is building a premium class complex - Alliance Palace - in Georgia's coastal city Batumi and the complex combines the international hotel brand Courtyard by Marriott and premium class apartments.
