Iran 's priority - to expand non–oil export

TEHRAN, Iran, Nov.2

Iran's non-oil export to 17 countries during the first six months of the current Iranian year (started March 20,2020) was $12 billion, said the head of Iran's Trade Promotion Organization Hamid Zadboum, Trend reports citing Mehr News Agency.

"The increase of non-oil export has been positive and it would be accelerate by facilitating the methods for returning export foreign currency revenues," said Zadboum.

"Development of non-oil export has the priority, export of non-oil goods to Eurasia has grown, the export to five members of Eurasian Economic Union has increased by 65 percent," he said.

"The structure of preferential trade agreement between Iran and EEU should be followed to implement win-win strategies for all countries," he said.

"The production's priority in agriculture, industry and mine sectors should be export and competition," he said.
