The structure of money transfers from the Russian Federation comprises 90% of transfers to the CIS countries ($1.162bn in 2Q2006). The most transfers fall on Uzbekistan and Ukraine ($210 mln or 16.3% of all transfers from Russia each), Tajikistan ($187mln or 14.5%), Armenia ($129mln or 10.0%), Moldova ($115mln or 8.9%), Kyrgyzstan ($102mln or 7.9%), Azerbaijan ($94mln or 7.3%), Georgia ($81mln or 6.3%), Kazakhstan ($22mln or 1.7%), Trend reports with reference to Interfax.
Among the foreign countries, China secures the first place with $49mln (3.8% of all transfers and 37.9% of transfers to foreign countries), followed by the USA with $9mln, turkey and Germany with $7mln each.
