Azerbaijan exported over 11.1 billion cubic meters of natural gas from January through October 2020, which is 16.2 percent more than in the same period of 2019, Trend reports on Nov. 16 with reference to the statistics report of the Azerbaijani State Customs Committee.
In accordance with the data, during the reporting period, the volume of exported natural gas totaled about $2.04 billion (an increase of 8.6 percent compared to the same period of 2019).
The export of natural gas from January through October 2020 amounted to 16.71 percent of the country's total export volume for this period.
The volume of exported natural gas amounted to 16.3 billion cubic meters, in total terms - almost $2.4 billion in 2019.
