The profit of the Serdar oil products enterprise of Turkmenistan’s Turkmenbitonumleri (Turkmen Petroleum Products) amounted to 11.4 million Turkmen manat ($3,263 million) in 2020, while the plan was exceeded by 49 percent, Trend reports with reference to the electronic newspaper Nebit-Gaz.
In January, 5,450 tons of petroleum products were sold, the amount of work performed amounted to about 7.73 million manat ($2.2 million), which exceeds the figures for January 2020.
The company's activities are aimed at minimizing the impact on the environment and maintaining a favorable environment in the regions served.
Turkmenistan's oil refining plan was exceeded by 0.8 percent in January of this year.
The plan for the production of gasoline was exceeded – by 0.4 percent, diesel fuel - by 3.4 percent, polypropylene - by 2.5 percent, natural and associated gas production - by 15.9 percent, gas exports - by 10.6 percent, investment development - by 31.4 percent.
Last year the plan for the production of oil and gas condensate was fulfilled by 100 percent, the natural and associated gas plan was exceeded by 1 percent, and oil refining – by 1.7 percent.
The growth rate of gasoline production was exceeded by 4.5 percent, diesel fuel - 4.4 percent, polypropylene - 2.2 percent, liquefied gas - 16.7 percent.
