TEHRAN, Iran, July 9. National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) is ready to increase crude oil output to the maximum, said the production supervisor Hormoz Ghalavand, Trend reports citing SHANA.
"It is possible to raise the output for increase of crude oil export or for domestic refineries' feeds," he said.
Ghalavand pointed out that the NIOC and its subsidiary companies are running an overhaul of pipelines, working to identify capacities of the oil equipment, oil wells and human resources to protect and increase the output.
According to the official the National Iranian Oil Company is prepared to return to its previous production volume of 3.8 million barrels of oil per day.
