BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 27. The revenues of the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) from the Azeri–Chirag–Gunashli (ACG) field in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea equaled $7.528 billion from January through September 2022, Trend reports citing the Fund.
Thus, SOFAZ's ACG revenues grew by over 89.8 percent, or $3.561 billion compared to the same period in 2021 ($3.967 billion).
In the reporting period, the Fund's income from gas and condensate sales, produced at the Shah Deniz field, amounted to $1.209 billion (an increase of 3.7 times).
Furthermore, revenues from the sale of condensate, extracted at the Shah Deniz field, totaled $328.567 million by the beginning of October 2022.
ACG participating interests are as follows: bp (30.37 percent), SOCAR (25 percent), MOL (9.57 percent), INPEX (9.31 percent), Equinor (7.27 percent), ExxonMobil (6.79 percent), TPAO (5.73 percent), ITOCHU (3.65 percent), and ONGC Videsh Limited (2.31 percent).
BP Exploration (Caspian Sea) Limited is the operator of the ACG Production Sharing Agreement (PSA).
