BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 16. Azerbaijan produced 812.4 million manat worth of oil products from January through February 2024, which is 6.6 percent more than from January through February 2023, the data of the State Statistics Committee (SSC) said, Trend reports.
The Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery produced 248,900 tons of motor gasoline (up 14.8 percent), 383,600 tons of gasoil (diesel fuel) (up 7.8 percent), 102,700 tons of jet fuel (up 19.8 percent), and 32,100 tons of oil bitumen (up 58.9 percent).
The decrease was in the production of lubricating oils - 9,100 tons (down 25.4 percent) and petroleum coke - 40,500 tons (down 2.2 percent).
The SSC reported that the stocks of finished products in the warehouses of the Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery as of March 1, 2024, were: 53,800 tons of motor gasoline, 44,000 tons of jet fuel, 127,600 tons of gasoil (diesel fuel), 1,500 tons of fuel oil, 3,900 tons of lubricating oils, 11,600 tons of oil bitumen, and 39,500 tons of petroleum coke.
