Marketing and economic operations board (MEOB) with the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan has led a tender to select the company to provide consulting services on adaptation of Д°SO 9001:2000 standards to receive international certificates in the future. Trend reports with reference to SOCAR, the tender procedure was held June 29 and Bureau Veritas Azeri was awarded the contract.
At present, MEOB alongside providing the republics internal market with oil and oil products, compensates the gas and electric energy imported in republic and performs various operations with foreign and local banks and so on.
