The attracting of foreign investment in the Markazi Province (central Iran) doubled during the first six months of the current Iranian year (March 21through September 22, 2021) compared to the same period of the last Iranian year, Director General of the Economic Affairs and Finance Department of the Markazi Province Hassan Mirzakhani told IRNA, Trend reports.
According to Mirzakhani, a total of $42 million worth of foreign investment was attracted in various economic sectors of the Markazi Province within the mentioned period
“The UAE and Chinese investors will make investments in the production of various food stuffs, as well as spoon and fork, ceramics, steel and medicines. Of the total attracted investment, $9 million will be invested in the production of steel ingots and medicines, the director general noted.
