An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Bank Respublika OJSC will be held in Azerbaijan on January 24, 2022, Trend reports.
The agenda of the meeting includes the following issues:
- appointment of the chairman and secretary of the meeting of shareholders;
- approval of the agenda of the meeting;
- approval of the composition of the Supervisory Board of Bank Respublika OJSC;
- additions and changes to the Charter of Bank Respublika OJSC;
- approval of the Regulation on the General Meeting of Shareholders of Bank Respublika OJSC;
- approval of the Regulation on the Supervisory Board of Bank Respublika OJSC;
- the financial results of Bank Respublika OJSC for the year and the payment of the premium;
- the distribution of net profit.
