BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 25. By the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the bonds of Azerbaijan's Bank BTB with a total value of five million manat ($2.9 million) were listed in the standard market segment, Trend reports citing the BSE.
The bonds will be placed on the Baku Stock Exchange at a single price. The date of the auction will be announced to investors on the BSE website at least two business days before the start of the placement.
A total of 5,000 bonds with a par value of 1,000 manat ($588.58) each with a circulation period of six years and a yield of nine percent will be put up for auction.
The placement underwriter is BTB Capital Investment Company OJSC.
