Azerbaijani IT-company "Ultra" won the tender and began realization of a project on the integration and creation of internal electronic document Megapolis.DocNet of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Finance on the basis of Microsoft platform, the company said.
Previously, similar systems were implemented by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the Ministry of Economic Development.
The system is designed to automate and systematize the management, including the development and full integration of electronic forms of documentation, track their routing, centralized registration, control of execution, development and maintenance of all reporting forms related to the given document.
