The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan confirmed the rules of creating information resources in the Internet network of the State bodies and municipalities of the country, Trend reports with reference to the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan. The rules have been devised in accordance with the law Receiving information. According to the rules, the State bodies and municipalities will create Internet resources for themselves to announce information of public importance.
The newest and actual information should be placed on the web-site. The information that is State secret and has been banned to be disseminated should be included in the Internet resources. The domain address of each State body should be received in accordance with the administrative rules GOV.AZ, confirmed by the Cabinet of Ministers in March 2006.
