Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr S. Babayeva / An agreement on IT cooperation will be signed between Azerbaijan and Israel. According to the Azerbaijani Communications and Information Technology Ministry, the document will be signed between the Ministries of both countries. The agreement will serve for tighter cooperation in communications and IT between the two countries.
According to the Israeli Embassy in Baku, the document is being developed and coordinated. The precise date for signing has not yet been defined. It is not ruled out that the agreement will be signed during the 13th international exhibition and conference of 'Telecommunications and IT BakuTel 2007' to be held in Baku between 21 and 24 November.
For the time being, Azerbaijan has agreements for cooperation in different IT directions with Italy, China, Pakistan, Egypt, Korea, as well as other countries and organizations.
