Turkmenistan’s Turkmenturba open joint-stock company (OJSC) has announced a tender for the purchase of chemical products and auxiliary materials.
To participate in the tender, it is necessary to submit a written application (from companies registered or having bank accounts in offshore zones, applications are not accepted) indicating the full name of the applicant, legal status, country of registration and details; to get acquainted with the law of Turkmenistan "on tenders for the supply of goods, performance of work, provision of services for state needs" with an extract from the "Rules for holding a tender" and a list of documents required to participate in the tender; get the specification of lots, technical requirements and basic terms of the contract.
The cost of participation in the tender amounts to $500 for one lot (excluding VAT and bank costs).
Tender offers are accepted within 30 working days from the date of publication of the announcement.
It is also necessary to provide one sealed envelope with a full tender offer (quotation), certified with a mastic seal. It must include an electronic version of the questionnaire of the main terms of the contract (in Word format) and the technical and economic specification (in Excel format).
