Kazakh Parliamentary Speaker Ural Mukhamedzhanov did not undersign a petition addressed to President Nursultan Nazarbayev to make a decision to dissolve the Lower House, MP Viktor Rogalev said at a press conference in Astana on Thursday.
"MPs, who have initiated this proposal did not coordinate their initiative with the leadership of the House. Yes, Mukhamedzhanov is not in among those who undersigned the document," Rogalev said.
Members of the Majlis (Lower House) of the Kazakh Parliament have today appealed to President Nursultan Nazarbayev to make a decision to dissolve the Lower House.
