State Secretary of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Kul-Muhammed received the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkey Lale Ulker in connection with the completion of her diplomatic mission in Kazakhstan, the press service of Acorda reported.

State Secretary of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Kul-Muhammed received the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkey Lale Ulker in connection with the completion of her diplomatic mission in Kazakhstan, the press service of Acorda reported.

Kazakh Secretary of State thanked the Turkish diplomatic mission for its contribution to the development of bilateral relations, which are based on the Kazakhstani side, that has laid from the first days of independence, the president of Kazakhstan - The leader of the nation's President Nazarbayev.

Mukhtar Kul-Muhammed also emphasized the importance of signed documents during visit of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan to Kazakhstan.

At the meeting, stressed the importance of supporting Turkey Kazakhstan's initiative concerning the adoption of the Interstate Economic Program "New Synergies", as well as highly appreciated by the prospect of the two countries in scientific and technical partnership.

Ms. Lale Ulker highlited sincere gratitude to the leadership of Kazakhstan for the warm welcome and excellent facilities for full diplomatic service. She noted that during her work in Astana are fruitful for the further development of the Turkish-Kazakh cooperation in various spheres of economy, culture and art.

Inter-state relations have reached a higher level of quality. All this, of course, impact on trade and economic indicators. Thus, trade between the two republics in the first quarter of this year reached 1.072 billion U.S. dollars.
