BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 14. Tau-Ken Samruk, Kazakhstan’s national mining company, signed an agreement with Turkish “D Mineral” mining company on joint development of projects in Kazakhstan, Trend reports, citing Tau-Ken Samruk.
The company revealed that a joint venture will be established in the framework of the agreement to facilitate the process.
Tau-Ken Samruk and D Mineral will explore promising gold deposits in the initial stage of the partnership. During the second stage of the partnership, the joint venture will apply for the necessary licenses to launch the development of the selected gold deposits.
The Kazakh national company revealed that D Mineral will finance the geological exploration of Kazakh subsoil.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of D Mineral, Ilhan Poyraz, said that the company is looking to establish a long-term and mutually beneficial business relationship in Kazakhstan.
D Mineral is a part of Dimin Group, an Ankara, Türkiye based company, specializing in the mining of iron ore and copper.
