Kazakhstan records significant drop in daily oil production

ASTANA, Kazakhstan, August 8. Daily oil production in Kazakhstan decreased to 228,600 tons on August 7, 2023, Trend reports.

As evident from the data published by the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan, the country's oil production level is currently the lowest since July 24th.

For instance, Kazakhstan's oil production on August 6 totaled 234,700 tons. Thus, currently, daily oil production in Kazakhstan dropped to a minimum.

Meanwhile, a total of 14.9 million tons of crude oil (118.9 million barrels) were extracted from Kazakhstan's Tengiz field in the first half of this year.

The oil and gas condensate production volume of Kazakhstan’s KazMunayGas (KMG) National Company in the first half of this year totaled 11.7 million tons, smashing the data of last year's same period of 10.1 percent.
