ASTANA, Kazakhstan, September 29. Exports of Kazakhstan to Germany amounted to $304.5 million from January through July 2023, which is 10.5 percent less than the same period last year, Trend reports.
This is due to a decrease in supplies: ferroalloys, by 34.1 percent or by $40 million (from $117.1 to $77.1 million); crude oil, by 11.3 percent or by $14.1 million (from $124.5 to $110.5 million); hydrogen, inert gases, and other non-metals, by 33.6 percent or by $12.8 million (from $38 to $25.2 million), etc.
At the same time, there is an increase in supplies: fish fillets and other fish meat - growth 2.1 times or by $6.9 million (from $6.1 to $13.0 million); nickel - by $6.8 million (from 0 to $6.8 million); coal - by $4.3 million (from 0 to $4.3 million).
The main export goods from Kazakhstan to Germany are crude oil, worth $110.5 million (with a share of 36.3 percent), and ferroalloys, worth $77.1 million (25.3 percent).
Trade turnover between Kazakhstan and Germany from January through July 2023 amounted to $2.05 billion, which is 60.7 percent higher than in the same period of the previous year ($1.28 billion).
