ASTANA, Kazakhstan, November 30. Daily production of oil and gas condensate in Kazakhstan decreased on November 29, Trend reports.
According to Situational-analytical center of the Fuel and Energy complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan JSC, on November 29, the country produced 153,800 tons of oil and gas condensate. This amount is 39.2 percent less than the volume on November 25 (253,100 tons) and 16.6 percent less than the volume on November 28 (184,600 tons).
As a result, the country's top oil producers cut output. Tengizchevroil cut output by 67 percent (from 83,400 tons to 27,200 tons), NCOC cut output by 60 percent (from 54,000 tons to 18,600 tons), and Karachaganak Petroleum Operating cut output by 34 percent (from 36,000 tons to 23,800 tons).
Furthermore, the country's gas production on November 29 made up 107.9 million cubic meters.
To note, In 2022, Kazakhstan's oil output was 84.2 million tons, or 101.6 percent of the goal level.
Tengiz produced 29.2 million tons of oil, accounting for 100 percent of the quantity planned for 2022. The Karachaganak field produced 11.3 million tons of oil, or 103.8 percent of the total expected output. Kashagan's oil production increased by 109.5 percent to 12.7 million tons.
Oil exports totaled 64.3 million tons in 2022, accounting for 103.4 percent of the total anticipated.
Kazakhstan also intends to produce 90.5 million tons of oil in 2023, 71 million of which would be exported whose oil production stood at 85.9 million tons at the end of 2021, up from 85.7 million tons in 2020.
