State Financial Intelligence Service under the Kyrgyz government has completed the formation of the list of individuals and entities, against whom there is evidence of their involvement in terrorist or extremist activities, AKIpress reported. The list was approved by the SFIS chairman.The list consists of two main sections, said the press service of the agency on August 8:
- National list, which includes 51 terrorists, 178 extremists, 8 of terrorist organizations and 1 extremist organization;
- International list, which includes 401 terrorists and extremists, 46 terrorist and 104 extremist organizations.
The list of individuals and entities, against whom there is evidence of their involvement in terrorist and extremist activities, under the order will be posted on the site of SFIS in the prescribed manner. "That is, with limited access, because the document is addressed to the providers of information," said the press-service.
The list was formed in accordance with the Law "On Counteracting Terrorist Financing and Legalization (Laundering) of Proceeds from Crime" and the decision of the Government of the KR "On Approval of the procedure of forming a list of individuals and entities, against whom there is evidence of their involvement in terrorist and extremist activities (financing of terrorism and extremism) and bring it to people presenting information" on February 12, 2010.
