BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 7. The National Statistical Committee of Kyrgyzstan has published updates on average essential food prices in December 2022, Trend reports with reference to the committee's official website.
According to statistical data, the average prices of basic foods in Kyrgyzstan in December 2022 were as follows (per 1 kg/liter):
- beef 543.2 soms ($6.33);
- bottle of milk 61 soms ($0.71);
- sunflower oil ($2.1);
- sugar ($1.06);
- potatoes 32.1 soms ($0.37);
- wheat 30.5 soms ($0.35);
- first grade wheat flour 52.3 soms ($0.61);
- black tea 100 gr - 95.7 soms.
Meanwhile, as of January 7, 2023, the official exchange rate set by the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan is 85,68 KGS/ 1USD.
