BISHKEK, Kyrgyzstan, September 16. Members of the Kyrgyz Cabinet of Ministers have approved the development program for trade and logistics centers in the agro-industrial sector, Trend reports via the country's Cabinet of Ministers.
"A resolution was passed approving the Development Program for Trade and Logistics Centers in the Agro-Industrial Sector of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2024-2028," the cabinet's statement said.
The program is aimed at improving the export of domestic agricultural products and enhancing their competitiveness. To achieve this, trade and logistics centers will be established and developed, which will help farmers sell their products more effectively.
The cabinet members also approved resolutions "On the establishment of a specialized fund under the state body for bankruptcy affairs", "On the approval of regulations for export control over controlled products in Kyrgyzstan" and "On the amendments to the government's decree on funds from budget institutions accumulated in special and deposit accounts within the unified treasury system".
Additionally, decisions were made regarding the development of education quality.
Furthermore, decisions were adopted on the transformation of certain land plots located in the Jalal-Abad, Talas, and Chuy regions from one category to another.
The general concept of issues in the energy sector was also approved.
