ASHGABAT, Turkmenistan, September 9. The trade turnover between Turkmenistan and Poland for the period from January through May 2023 amounted to more than 10.48 million euros, Trend reports.
These data indicate a decrease of 16.4 percent compared to the turnover for the first five months of the previous year, which amounted to 9 million euros.
Turkmenistan's exports to Poland in the period from January through May 2023 amounted to almost 2.85 million euros, which indicates a decrease of 4.3 percent compared to the same months of 2022, when it reached 2.98 million euros.
At the same time, Turkmenistan imported goods from Poland in the amount of 7.63 million euros, which is 26.7 percent higher than in the same period of 2022 (6.02 percent).
Meanwhile, the trade turnover between Turkmenistan and Poland for the whole of last year amounted to 49.89 million euros, which is 44.6 percent more than the trade turnover of 2021, which amounted to 34.49 billion euros.
