BAKU, Azerbaijan, September 23. Uzbekistan's financial sector index at the Uzbek Republican Stock Exchange reached 172.7 points on September 23, decreasing by 10.41 points from September 22, Trend reports via the Exchange.
The figure for the industrial sector has fallen, settling at 3,528.84 points – a decrease of 6.09 points compared to the September 22 figure (3,534.93 points).
The figure for the construction sector reached 3,695.82 points on September 23 from 3,852.48 points on September 22.
The trade sector index reached 12,568.6 points on September 23, decreasing by 0.4 points compared to the September 22 figure (12,569 points).
Uzbekistan's "Toshkent" republican stock exchange was formed in 1994 to help further expand economic reforms in the country and protect private property and business development.
