Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr D. Khatynoghlu / One more US and Iran citizen will be released from Iranian prison. Teheran revolutionary court reported that Kian Tajbakhsh was released on bail at $110,000, according to Iran's official Baztab site.
Yahya Kian Tajbakhsh was arrested 4 month ago. He was accused of revolutionary coup and espionage. At the meeting with journalists at Iran's Evin prison on 12 September he said he was treated well.
The decision to release Tajbakhsh on bail was made after the investigation was completed, judge Hasas Haddad said in his interview with Fars agency. Tajbakhsh and his attorneys will have to come to court if necessary, Haddad said.
The prosecutor on Tehran's security said Tajbakhsh must not leave the country.
