Azerbaijan, Baku, May 21 /Trend/

Iranian Presidential Administration Head Hamid Bagai was deprived of the right to serve in the state agencies upon the Administrative Justice Court's decision, the Iranian asriran.com website reported.

Bagai has confirmed the fact at today's press conference.

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad dismissed the head of presidential administration Esfandiar Rahim Mashaei in April. By another presidential decree, the head of Iran's Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Organization Bagai, has been appointed vice-president for executive affairs and head of the presidential administration.

The Iranian Administrative Justice Court made a decision to deprive Bagai of the right to serve in the state agencies for 4 years for violations and shortcoming in his work while leading Iran's Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts Organization.
