The time for next nuclear talks between Iran and P5+1 group is unknown, deputy secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran, Ali Bagheri said in an interview on IRIB News television channel.

Bagheri noted that the P5+1 group should be working on recognizing Iran's nuclear rights, and on removing the imposed sanctions.

"The P5+1 group should be approaching the future negotiations constructively, with clear and realistic actions, however they mix it all up with fears and lack of confidence, and these are entirely separate issues," Bagheri said.

Iranian diplomat noted that the group should be making its own decisions.

"In Almaty Jalili told the P5+1 group representatives that Iran is ready to accept their general proposals, which do not affect Iran's nuclear rights. However, on condition that they would accept Iran's proposals in turn, so the negotiations would go forward," Bagheri explained.

Bagheri underscored that complete removal of sanctions should be the main objective of the negotiations between the two sides, adding that if the P5+1 is ready for such a move, then it can be done step by step.

The negotiations on the nuclear programme between Iran and the 'six' countries (U.S., UK, France, Russia, China and Germany) took place on April 5-6 in Kazakhstan.

At the end of the negotiations, the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Catherine Ashton said the parties have not reached an agreement.

The previous round of negotiations took place on February 26-27 in Kazakhstan.

The U.S., and other Western countries and Israel suspect Iran of developing nuclear weapons under the guise of a peaceful nuclear energy programme. Tehran denies the charges saying its nuclear programme is for civilian purposes.
