The 8th e-banking and payment system conference has kicked off in Iran with the presence of senior banking and economic officials, Trend reports.
Iran`s Minister of Communications and Information Technology Mohammad Javad Azari Jahromi, Deputy Governor of the Central Bank Akbar Komijani, Head of the Banking and Monetary Institute Ali Divdandari, Deputy Governor of Central Bank in modern Technologies Affair Naser Hakimi, Managing Director of Informatics Services Company Abotaleb Najafi, are among the main speakers of the conference.
"Block Chain Technology ", "Cryptocurrency", "Alternative Payment Systems", "Financial Technologies, Payment and Open Banking", "Fraud, Money Laundering, and the way to combat them," and "Digital Transformation", are main subjects of the eighth session.
Also, "Explaining the trends of the banking and payment with the use of Block Chain technology", "Explaining the macro trends of international banking and payment systems", "Explaining the developments in the field of information technology with Block Chain technology", " Explaining Barriers and Challenges of the Banking & Paying Industry ", "Explaining the Developments in the Area of Cryptocurrencies ", " Exploring and Investigating the New Business Environment “ are going to be discussed in during the two-day conference.
Next to the conference, a specialized exhibition will be held to introduce the achievements of the country's banking in the field of electronic banking and payment systems.

The 8th e-banking and payment systems conference to be held by the Central Bank Monetary and Banking Research Institute in the Milad Tower of Tehran on January 29 and 30.
