A Member of the Iranian Parliament asked for the allocation of funds to revive the Gilan Province`s stagnant and semi-active production units.
Referring to the Gilan Province`s industrial towns issues, Iranian MP Mohammadreza Ahmadi said that the maintenance of active production units should be on the agenda, Trend reports citing ICANA.
“On the other hand, the activation process of stagnant and semi-active production units should be carefully and sensitively monitored. The main reason for the stagnation of production units in the Province`s industrial town should be investigated,” he added.
Referring to the industrial capacity of Gilan province, he added that Gilan province's industrial capacity has always faced a lack of special attention.
Emphasizing the need to allocate funds in order to strengthen the infrastructure of the province's industrial towns, he states that employment prosperity is another issue that must be resolved, especially in Gilan province.
