TEHRAN, Iran, April 19. The Iranian government is taking necessary actions to further develop trade, especially with the neighboring countries, the Chairman of Iran-Emirates Joint Chamber of Commerce Farshid Farzanegan told Trend.
“International trade between neighboring countries will lead to economic growth. The first step is to identify the barriers that are weakening Iranian companies in developing international marketing," he said.
He pointed out that Turkish businessmen and the government`s support for its businesses across the region are the main rivals for Iranian companies.
Farzanegan went on to say that Iran's Trade Promotion Organization (TPO) aims to develop regional markets by launching trade centers in other countries, introducing commercial consultants, and establishing joint economic commissions.
