Armenia will no longer shift to "winter time", said Economy Minister Tigran Davtyan, News.am reported.
"Armenia is included in a wrong time zone which does not correspond to country's geographical location," he told journalists on Tuesday.
Davtyan said the problem will be tackled in two stages: first shift from winter to summer time will be removed, then Armenia will shift one hour.
"After shifting to another time zone we will be closer to Moscow and European time which will be also beneficial for business," said the Minister.
