Another Armenian soldier killed by colleague

On February 5, at 19:20, another Armenian soldier was killed by his colleague at one of military posts located in the southeast direction of the occupied territories of Azerbaijan.
A soldier of Armenian army, Marat Dimaksyan, 20, was deadly short.
According to preliminary data of the Investigation Service of Armenia's Defense Ministry, the soldier of the same unit, Gor Alaverdyan short at the right shoulder area of Dimaksyan, who died at 21:00 on the way to a military hospital.
The second garrison investigation department of the Armenian Defense Ministry filed a lawsuit in the crime under Article 373.3 of the Criminal Code of Armenia on "Violation of the rules for handling weapons, ammunition, which accidentally led to the death of a man."
This crime is punishable with imprisonment for a term of from 4 to 8 years.
Murder cases in the Armenian army are being almost constant. The latest similar incident occurred in the end of January, when soldier Paylak Shahnazaryan was killed by his colleague in the one of Armenian military units, Armenia Today reports.
