A delegation of EU experts will arrive in Tbilisi on September 17.
The Georgian Foreign Ministry said the primary objective is to examine document security and border management within the negotiations on visa-free regime between Georgia and the EU.
The EU will submit an action plan to Georgia in late 2012. After its implementation, an agreement on visa-free regime with the EU will be signed.
Georgia signed an agreement on readmission and visa facilitation with the EU in 2011.
