At least five people were wounded by rockets that landed in Beirut's southern suburbs, controlled by the Hezbollah Shiite movement, a security source said Sunday, dpa reported.
Initial reports said one of the rockets fell on Mar Mikhael area, wounding at least four people.
A second rocket fell on Maroun Misk, wounding one person.
The attack came one day after Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah vowed to continue fighting with Syrian troops against rebels in al-Kussair area near the Lebanese border.
There was no initial claim of responsibility for the attack.
