The heiress revealed a rather unsightly throbbing bunion as she kicked off her vertiginous heels after attending the Miss Turkey 2008 beauty contest in Istanbul.
While she clearly values style over comfort, Paris certainly looked relieved to be free of her fashionable heels as she headed back to her hotel.
Paris has previously bemoaned her huge US size 11 feet, saying: "Yeah, it sucks, because I see all these super cute shoes in the stores: Guccis, YSLs, Manolos. And when they bring them out in my size, they look like clown shoes."
Perhaps all that trotting around the globe is starting wear on her - in recent weeks she has stopped in London, Cape Town and Berlin.
During her latest trip to Turkey, she also found time to enjoy a spot of belly dancing as a guest on television channel Kanal 1.
She had all eyes on her for the performance and upstaged the real belly dancer Asena with her stunning, leg-baring outfit.
