Adam Sandler has cemented his place in the annals of Hollywood history. The Water Boy star got his own star in Hollywood's Walk of Fame Tuesday as hundreds of fans looked on, dpa reported.
Sandler's films, which include The Wedding Singer, Happy Gilmore, 50 First Dates and Punch-Drunk Love, have grossed more than 3 billion dollars worldwide. He was presented with the award by Water Boy co-star Henry Winkler and was the 2,431st celebrity to get the honour.
