NATO has substantially intensified reconnaissance flights along Russian borders, RIA Novosti quoted Russia's permanent representative to NATO, Alexander Grushko as saying Oct. 9.
"We'd like to note that the number of reconnaissance aircraft flights along the Russian borders has increased significantly," he said during the Moscow-Brussels teleconference.
"A constant naval presence of NATO groupings in Baltic and Black seas has been in fact achieved," said Grushko.
